What is the KST?
The KAIZEN Support Team, KST, is a group of individuals providing assistance and guidance to help realtors. KST members are responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client/realtor satisfaction. They offer sales support, and typically have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a servant-focused mindset. KST members play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with the team/clients and they enchance the overall culture.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with clients and realtors
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
